1 Star Warning: Safety Hazard
WARNING: SAFETY HAZARD

First winter for an 8-month-old stroller

This is the first winter that I used the Joovy stroller. Many of the plastic parts became brittle, cracked and broke while using the stroller in the cold weather (20 - 30 degrees F.).

Because some of the plastic parts broke during the first winter, I feel that the stroller is unsafe. I am unwilling to continue to use this stroller while wondering which plastic part will break next.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE JOOVY STROLLER.

If you plan to use the Joovy stroller during the winter months, you may wish to consider alternative choices.

Joovy does not stand behind their product. While they will replace broken parts, Joovy will not give the customer a stroller replacement or refund

5 Stars Tripple Stroller
Very large but this is what you have to have with three kids…Great item..very durable, easy cleanup

2 Stars Really hard to turn!
I have a 3 year old son and 14 month twin girls. This is the only stroller that I could find to meet my needs when I first had the twins. I couldn’t use it the first 4 months because the girls couldn’t sit up yet. Then, it served my needs fairly well for about 6 months. Now that the girls weigh 25 pounds each and my son is about 29 pounds, I can hardly push the thing. I actually don’t take my kids places, because I dread pushing this stroller. I have to put my whole weight into it to make a turn.

Now, I’m shopping for a double side-by-side for the girls and will use a harness for my son, who will have to walk…

5 Stars Awesome stroller
This is by far the best triple I have owned. This was for my 3,2 and an infant. My only complant was the kids arguing over who was going to sit where. The infant sat in front. We have a honda odyssey and it fit fine in the back. A triple jogging would have not. I like to go out and about a bunch so this was really needed. It has great storage in is easy to push assuming you remeber you are pushing a 100 pounds or so. This has made my life so much easier!

4 Stars Best Triple Out There
I bought this stroller for my 2 1/2 year old and NB twins. Its is very long and heavy, but reasonable for a triple. It barley fits in my Grand Caravan (not flat and leaves no room for much else) It pushes easy for the weight, but does take effort to turn. I thought for the price they should have included the organizer. With infant seats it is next to impossible for the 2 year old to sit on the jump seat and the seats only partially recline, so a infant must be serveral months to use without carriers. I wish they would have given just a few more inches for the jump seat. My jump seat has a solid pastic seat under the cusion (not a frame as another review mentioned)It also seems really tight and does not slide back on its own. The stroller is very easy to diassemble and wash and the basket is very large. I haven’t tried other triples, but I think it handles close to a graco duo glide. I would recommend this, but be willing to carry an infant in a sling or for a toddler to stand a lot for the first few months (if you have twins). (I have heard of people placing 2 infants in 1 seat, but it doesn’t seem safe to me)

It includes all of the features you expect from a high-end stroller - a lightweight aluminum frame, reclining seat, oversized canopy with extending sun visor, drink holders, zippered storage and a linked parking brake.

These unexpected additions give your Groove the edge - all-season seat pad with warm soft fleece on one side and cool wicking fabric on the other side, a rain cover and a zippered hanging storage bag to hold all of these accessories.

If that’s not enough, the Groove comes with two complete sets of seats and canopies. Yes, two seats, two canopies, two harnesses. That means you can remove your primary seat, clean it and still use the Groove with the second seat. Whatever color you choose, you also get a black seat and canopy to go with it! 4 Stars Great stroller
Purchased this stroller for my 9 month old for a trip to Florida. My 2 and half year old has an Inglessina (which is wonderful too). What I loved about this stroller was the ease in pushing and my daughter appeared comfortable, especially when she slept in the recline position. Best feature was the canopy which provided more shade than any other stroller I have ever seen. Only bad thing was that it was difficult to fold and unfold at times and is a little heavier than some other higher end umbrella strollers. However, it is well worth it!

2 Stars Premium Stroller that is Junk
Joovy is supposed to be a premium manufacturer of strollers but this stroller squeaks horribly. The stroller appears to be made with high quality materials except for the wheels. The front and rear are cheaply made and make noise continously. We bought this stroller for a trip to Disneyland and were very dissatisfied with it’s performance.

3 Stars Roomy, Comfortable Umbrella Stroller for Child
I bought the pink Groove for my 22-mth old. She’s tall, and has oodles of space above her head before she hit the sunshade. The seatback is taller than most umbrella strollers. I don’t think she could possibly outgrow this stroller. I could just fit myself (140 pounds, 5′ 6″) in the wide, extra deep seat! The foot rest comes up for extra napping length or to rest legs out on it. Fantastic recline - I would use this for a newborn without a concern (maybe tuck more padding underneath baby perhaps?) The recline mechanism is extremely smooth and actually one-handed. The fabric is thick and good quality - canvasy on front, possibly weather-protective on outside. The light pink is pastel and very vibrant/bright. The sunshade is magnificent (the real reason I bought this stroller) - unbeatable for sunny vacations. While this has an umbrella fold, I do not feel it is that compact - deep from top to bottom, about 15″ wide even when folded and extra long in trunk. Also on the heavy side (for an umbrella stroller) for packing and unpacking or carrying whilst folded. The steering was fine on level ground, but it was quite a load pushing my 23 pound child with the 17 pound stroller uphill. It rode over grass no problem. Wheels are squeaky - typical these days. Handles extremely comfortable - I did constantly kick the back of the stroller wheels, though. The pocket on the back of the fabric is good for probably wallet, cellphone, keys and a couple of diapers and wipes. The drinkholders hold a 16oz water bottle but nothing wider, so not terribly functional, however you could put your cellphone/keys in this spot if you wanted, as it does velcro shut. Forget about using the basket for anything more than throwing individual small items in. Whilst it is an average-sized umbrella stroller basket, even with the seat fully upright, the access space from front to back is about 5 inches - most people would not fit a diaper bag through this space (I’ve never used a diaper bag, but even I was largely unimpressed with this basket). This really was a bit of a deal-breaker for me, as this was to be an outdoor vacation (x 3) stroller, so I figured an accessible, if not large, basket would be pretty necessary. I really wanted to like and keep this stroller (!), and may have if I didn’t already have 2 other strollers (jogger for daily, rugged walks and freebie featureless umbrella stroller), but the large fold and extremely hard to access, small basket tipped me over the edge, and I returned my product. I figured I could pay a lot less to kick the back of a stroller (!) and to have a tiny basket. I also felt it handled bumps etc in an extremely average fashion - again, I could pay less to have bumps and jolts for the kiddo! Having said all that, my kid LOVES this stroller and will probably bawl when she realizes it’s going back in exchange for the Esprit Sun Speed (half this price). Bottom line, if your kid naps a lot, this stroller would be a godsend. It also would be brilliant for sunny climes. Also reasonable stroller (because of full recline) if you don’t have a ‘car’ stroller yet, to take your kid right through from newborn phase to probably age 4 or 5.

4 Stars Joovy Groove is better for older kids
We bought this stroller for my (then) 2-year-old since the weight limit is high and the canopy is perfect for taller kids. It folds pretty easily, although sometimes the bars in back don’t like to close up. The clip for locking the stroller closed is very cheap and scratches the frame. Love the drink holders and small pocket in the canopy. The canopy is huge and provides a lot of sun coverage. Underseat basket is okay - wish it was a little bigger. It pushes very nicely, although, like everyone else noted, the wheels will squeak. Some WD-40 took care of that in a jiffy! I have owned many, many strollers (Peg Perego Uno, Peg Perego Pliko P3, Bugaboo Cameleon, Quinny Freestyle, BOB Dualie, Peg Perego Venezia, Mutsy 4Rider Next, Zooper Salsa, Britax Vigour), and all have their advantages and disadvantages. But as far as umbrella strollers go, I’d rank this near the top. I just wish it had a snack tray or kid’s cup holder.

5 Stars Great stroller
After a lot of research I decided to try this stroller. I love it! The color is great and the accessories that come with it is even better; it’s like having two strollers in one! My baby girl rides comfortably also. It is compact and fits great in my small trunck and still allows plenty of room for groceries and things. The large canopy keeps the sun off easily. I am so glad that i chose this stroller
