    3 Stars Mediocre
I agree with Kik. There are pluses and minuses. I live in the suburbs with infant twins. The stroller cannot handle grass, mud, rocks, uneven pavement, etc. It practically stops dead in its tracks if it hits anything organic or bumpy. THe best thing about the stroller is that the seats are well padded so if the babies fall asleep you don’t feel bad leaving them in the stroller for a while (that is if you can get the stroller up the front steps without waking them). Nice for double-fisted feeding time. Also, the stroller folds up nicely and can easily hide behind a piece of furniture in the front hallway or in the cargo hold of your car. This stroller will probably fall apart before the babies are 1 year old.

2 Stars bizarre design & performance
I have tried (and returned) a number of double strollers, and this was one of the worst by far. The pluses: it is lightweight and it does fit through standard doorways. It also folds into thirds, so it becomes golf bag shaped, though I’m not sure of the purpose of that…couldn’t drag it behind my like the woman in the illustration because it kept sticking and I’d have to lift it up to get the wheels in the right towing position again, and it didn’t really open up any extra space in my car trunk. But it feels rickety, like it’s going to break any second. Doesn’t exactly make me want to put my children into it. It also didn’t handle minor texture changes (like bumpy sidewalks) well at all, so the kids were bouncing around more than we liked as we tried to move forward. And the seats don’t go all the way up, so even though there is a wonderful snack tray on the arm rest, no one even bothered to use it because they are reclining too much (which of course meant that they wanted out faster because they couldn’t sit up straight without support for too long). Finally, these are the most USELESS baskets I have ever seen on a stroller. There is a BAR that goes RIGHT THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THEM (??). I had to work for five minutes just to wedge the kids’ jackets in there. You would think that people who design strollers would recognize the importance of straight-up seats and big baskets (especially with two kids riding)! Graco’s new Quattro Tour single strollers have enormous, amazing baskets, and I wish they’d make a side by side double with the same (their DuoRider basket is great but we didn’t like the sunshade, which didn’t stay in place, or just having 2 reclining positions). It might also be nice to have a stroller that doesn’t have light easily stainable colors down the middle (hello! little sticky fingers!). In any case, this stroller was not worth the shipping that I paid to try it. Next up: Zooper Tango!

    5 Stars Ideal for twins
We love the stroller. You can feed two babies at once very easily since they are side by side and not front to back. Both seats recline which is wonderful since twins usually nap around the same time. We love that the front bars disconnect….we open them up, recline the seats, and change their diapers right in the stoller. And the best feature of all is that the stroller fits through one standard doorway! The absolute best stroller. (Not good for rough terrain though :(

5 Stars Handles better than any Graco we tried!
We’ve owned this stroller for over two years. Our boys have finally grown out of it, but I have nothing but good things to say about it. I agree that the baskets are small, but this stroller folds like a golf bag, and we never had trouble hauling this with all of our other vacation things in our tiny civic! It’s incredibly light and over 2 years, our stroller still looks nearly new. The parts are easy to replace via combi, and most of all, this stroller HANDLES like a dream! It turns corners like “it’s on rails”. We tested every stroller at babies-r-us before we bought and we liked this one better than any Graco or Evenflo they had! I’d sacrifice better driveability over baskets any day. I was able to maneuver this through almost every single door, including my front door to my house. You don’t get that with many side-by-side strollers. I’d recommend a Combi stroller to anyone.

    4 Stars light and easy…
I bought this stroller, because I really hate using them, the packing/unpacking storage there of and such.(I prefer to carry my son in a Baby Bjorn, and a backpack when he gets bigger.) This stroller is light and folds down nicely. Even fits the trunk of my G35 Coupe, which barely classifies as a trunk. I use it for my son’s Peg Perego carseat. It is not something you would take on the trail or jog with and doesn’t have alot of storage; but for going for walks, using at the mall and such applications it does work well.

5 Stars Definitely the best car seat stroller!
I have never written a review before, but after 4 months of using the Flash EX stroller I have to encourage more users! I have tried others’ car seat strollers and they are not nearly as light and easy as this one. I love that it folds in thirds, because you can travel with it in your car AND it fits into the overhead compartment on an airplane, which means that it won’t suffer the insults from baggage handling. I use it with the Safe Seat, which fits wonderfully without any adjustments (just use the seatbelt!). The only downside is that the underside basket is small, but I think the small portability and ease of use (including the carrier strap) makes it very worthwhile. My favorite baby purchase so far.

    5 Stars GREAT!!
I loved this frame. it made doing all those little errands like the bank, post office and doctor’s visits so much easier. It folds down so small and compact. i would recommend this to anyone.

4 Stars Perfect cheap stroller frame
First off, stroller frames in general are awesome. Don’t waste your money on a heavy travel system. Just get a stroller frame. Now, this frame specifically is great especially for the price. This is meant for going to the mall and little things - not taking long walks etc. It is super easy to fold and unfold. It’s very small and easily fits in the trunk or even the front seat. The only negative is that it is sometimes hard to steer, but you get what you pay for. I am totally satisfied. Just be aware that your child will out grow it quickly. Even when they are able to fit in the carseat, they will grow tired of staring at the ceiling and you’ll need a regular stroller where they can see out. This happens around 5-6 months.

5 Stars The ideal (and best!) car seat carrier stroller frame
I bought this Combi Flash frame stroller after reading reviews here and elsewhere, and I think it’s fantastic. Much better than the Kolcraft–which I had for my first child–which is so much bulkier/heavier and doesn’t fold nearly so small. This pops open with a snap and my huge Eddie Bauer car seat (from a graco travel system I received as a gift with my first child) fit perfectly once those plastic pieces were popped off. (I was able to pop them off with a screwdriver in, like, 2 seconds, following the pictures on the instruction. Husband’s DIY skills not necessary!)

I got this for a trip to NYC, delivered to my hotel, and for getting around airports and the city’s streets, it was simply ideal. Light, mobile, stable, etc. Super easy to carry up/down stairs when accessibility was not ideal. Most amazingly, it is small enough to just go into the trunk of a NYC cab without folding it at all! Brilliant.

At the airport, it folded and locked teeny tiny at the gate, so they didn’t need to mistreat it when bringing it down those stairs to load into the plane. (Has anyone else witnessed the stroller toss that often takes place at the gate?! It’s why I got my oldest child the Quinny Zapp, which can be carried onto the plane–in its carry bag–as her carry on!). Back in London, this is so agile on and off the bus and tube system, that our lives at home have gotten easier because of it. Much of London is stroller unfriendly, so having such a lightweight and agile stroller system has been so helpful. The basket size is amazing given the small size of the whole stroller. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It ROCKS!
